I proceeded to level 48 and culverin, a sort of mediaeval cannon or "musket" as the site had it, without missing a word (I guessed at apothegm). I became retrograde, sank to level 44, and struggled to return to 47. Where I called it quits. After about forty-five minutes (and more than two thousand grains of rice).
