KLM figured out that I am the one drinking all the coffee on those long flights and sent me a survey, screenshot above. I'm not quite sure how to address the distinction between the penultimate and antepenultimate options, but I selected all the others. I do drink rather a lot of coffee. In fact, I'm drinking (Illy mild roast espresso, from a pod. Sigh!) a double ristretto (21 seconds per extraction) right now.
