To replace their beloved Kockums Crane, the weeping Swedes of Malm� turned to Santiago Calatrava, who drew inspiration from his sculpture and built the Turning Torso skyscraper.
Calatrava has a fascinating design process and a predliection for pragmatism, despite the fantastic appearance of his structures.
