jimg did some crackerjack research about this photo of a sign requesting information about a bicycle accident, and found that A 64-year-old woman riding her bicycle on a San Francisco street was badly hurt when she collided with another bicyclist as she pulled out from between parked cars and was struck by a cyclist travelling at the speed of rush-hour traffic on Oak, just past Scott.
