Displaying pizza dough recipe


The dough can be mixed within an hour or can be made a day or two days ahead
of time. It keeps nicely covered with a lid or a clean dishcloth.

3 cup all-purpose flour, plus more as needed.
2 teaspoons instant yeast
2 teaspoons coarse salt
1 to 1/2 cups of warm water
2 Tablespoons olive oil

1. In a bowl, put 1/2 cup of warm water and dissolve the yeast.

2. Add remaining 1 cup of warm water and let it stand.

3. Add 2 Tablespoons of olive oil in the yeast mix.

4. Add the flour gradually till all three cups are mixed in the yeast mix
and it forms a nice ball of dough.

5. Knead the dough for five to 10 minutes.

bake in over pre-heated to 500 degrees.
