Displaying mani recipe

This is a very basic recipe.

500 g whole-wheat flour
pinch salt
2c water

Mix flour, salt
Add water, forming dough into a ball; cover with a cloth and leave for fifteen minutes. Knead until pliable.
Make egg-sized balls.
Flatten and roll on dry flour with a rolling pin; it should be 4-5 mm thick and round.
Cook in a pan or griddle until a little brown on both sides.
