Displaying korean dipping sauce recipe

DIPPING SAUCE
INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons soy sauce

2 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon minced green onion

1 garlic clove, peeled and mashed

1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds (optional)

Small pinch gochu garu (powdered hot red pepper), optional

INSTRUCTIONS: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend thoroughly.

Serve with Seafood and Vegetable Pancakes.

Serves 4.
