Displaying greek salad recipe

Greek Salad

2x cucumber
4x tomato (roma or cherry -- the less water, the better)
2x bell pepper (various colours)
1x red onion (thinly sliced)
briny kalamata olives
6 oz feta cheese (currently on special at the cheese store!)

Dressing

1 tbsp lemon juice (and to taste)
1/3 c olive oil
a little bit of vinegar or red wine
dried oregano
cracked peppercorn
dillweed
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp honey (or brown sugar)

mix the ingredients for the dressing;
coarsely chop the vegetables (except the olives) and soak 'em
in the dressing overnight, or for a couple of hours at least.
Cut the feta into large-ish blocks and let it crumble into the
mixture.
