Displaying crumble recipe

crumble topping

1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c white sugar
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
lemon juice

4 c fruit (peeled, cored apples or pears; berries; peaches)

Preheat over to 350.

Clean, peel, and core the fruit as necessary. Dice it and dust with the cinnamon, salt, and a little brown sugar and lemon. Place in a greased 9x9x2 pan.
Fold together the flour, sugar, and butter until it clumps. Cover the fruit with the topping.
Bake for 35-40 mins., and then turn heat to high and brown the top of the crumble before serving.
Top with cream.
