4 eggs, separated
1/4 cup granulated white sugar
1/4 cup granulated brown sugar
1 1/2 cup whole milk
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
1/4 cup dark rum
1 1/2 cup Bourbon whiskey

Separate the eggs, and combine the yolks with a quarter-cup of each of the white and brown sugar; set this aside. In a separate browl, beat the egg whites with half of the white and half of the brown sugar. When the egg whites are stiff, add the yolks-and-sugar.  
Slowly mix in the rum, then the milk, then the whiskey, and finally the cream. Fold in the whipped cream. Decorate with grated nutmeg and cinnamon.

Makes approximately eight portions.
